True Compassion

I just want to say how happy I was that y'all liked my poems! And to tell you that I wrote more to True Compassion. :) Here it is in full.

True Compassion

I was cold

I was hungry

It was snowing

It was dark

You let me in

You made me warm

You gave me food

You showed me love

That is true compassion

I was crying

I was lonely

I was ignored

I was outcast

You wiped away my tears

You befriended me

You listened to me

You loved me

That is true compassion

I was sweating

I was thirsty

I was dying

I was alone

You shaded me

You gave be water

You saved my life

You cared about me

That is true compassion

I had sinned

I had beaten you

I deserved death

I didn't deserve compassion

You were perfect

You were beaten

You died in my place

That is true compassion
